I go by the
nickname "Dick". I spent 34 years in the Coast Guard,
most of the time flying both helicopters and fixed wing
aircraft. My real estate career started in 1991, and has
continued full time until the present. I am a Realtor,
but more important I am a service provider. I represent
Buyers as a Buyers Agent (in other words looking out for
the BEST interests of the Buyer) and I represent Sellers
as a Sellers agent (listing their property and looking
out for the BEST interests of the Seller). I have been
married to the same wonderful woman for over 40 years
and we have five children and nine grandchildren. |

I was born
and raised in Scotland and England and had a wonderful
career with British Airways where I traveled all over
the world many times over and through this met my
husband, which led me here to Cape Cod! I came to the
Cape in 1993 and began selling real estate shortly
thereafter. I constantly refer back to my excellent BA
training in customer service and have adapted it to meet
the ever-changing needs of buyers and sellers. I'm
fortunate to be a member of Team Kalweit and thoroughly
enjoy being part of such an outstanding team. As well as
selling real estate I do summer rentals, primarily in
the New Seabury and Popponesset resort areas. |

After spending 20 years on the West
Coast, the last 10 as a San Diego Police officer, I
moved my family to Sandwich four years ago. I had been
actively involved in commercial and investment real
estate and decided the next logical step was to become
a career in residential real estate. I am persistent and dedicated

Engineering Educator with a professional career in
administration, Tina relocated from Michigan to the
Upper Cape in 2002. A dream of living near the ocean
brought her to the Cape and because of that dream she is
committed to helping others do the same. Tina has been
buying and selling properties for her clients for 5
years and has been one of the top producers in Sandwich.
Her other interests are working with people in the
teaching field, she teaches cooking and runs a part-time
catering business in her spare time. As a member of the

Waddington was born and raised in Falmouth. He graduated
from Falmouth High School in 1996. Matt has been
employed at Harborside Healthcare in Mashpee for the
past 11 years. During this time he studied business at
Bridgewater State College and complete the Emergency
Medical Technician course at Cape Cod Community College.
More recently, Matt got married, purchased his first
home, and completed the Salespersons' Course at the
Massachusetts Academy of Real Estate in Braintree. |
